Hollow Shaft Encoder Sensor for Motor
The hollow shaft encoder sensor specially designed for dc UVW motor control. The design of shaft sleeve saves the mounting space and cost suit more environments. The special tapering shaft is easy to installation. The level of Hall signal can reach level 8. Resolution is up to 2000 PPR. Other specifications on request. Hollow Shaft Absolute Encoder
Absolute encoder can be divided to 3 types in mechanical: shaft encoder, end hollow shaft encoder and through hollow shaft encoder. Shaft absolute encoder needs some extra part like flexible coupling to connect the shaft of motor and the shaft of encoder. Hollow shaft encoder can directly mounted to motor shaft and fix it with screws, clamp ring and brackets. Generally, the bigger size encoder is alway with hollow shaft design. The hole is from 4mm to 50mm or more. Howerver, for shaft encoder, the shaft diameter is always from 4 mm to 15mm.
Rotational Encoder End Hollow Shaft Encoder
Rotational encoder has different mounting ways. For end hollow shaft encoder, it will directly mount to the motor shaft and fix it with the mounting bracket. Generally, we will provide mounting bracket with the end hollow encoder together. And for some models, several mounting brackets are available to meet different mounting requirement.
