Product Testing

The signal and waveform of Roundss rotary encoder will be tested after it is assembled.It follows the aging test.The qualified encoder will be tested again to confirm that the signal is good. Only the encoders which passed test are allowed to be shipped.

For absolute encoders, the resolution and accuracy are important. Roundss will check the accuracy before shipping to make sure it meets customer's requirement.
