Multiturn absolute encoder measures range over 360 degree. Three ways can realize the multi-turn measurement.
One is by mechanical gear ring theory. Multiple gears(discs) are used to enlarge the measuring range.
Secondly, adopting battery to supply the power for long time. Third， a new type of working principle is adopted. When power off, the data can be storage to the IC and encoders can still rotary 120 degree.
Multi-turn absolute encoder
A single-turn absolute encoder that measures the scribe lines of the photoelectricencoder in rotation to obtain a unique
code. When the rotation exceeds 360 degrees, the code returns to the origin. Such cod can only be used for
measurements within a range of 360 degrees, called a single-turn absolute encoder. If you want to measure the range of
rotation over 360 degrees, you need to use a multi-turn absolute encoder.

Factory Show
Roundss has 11000 sq meter factory including machining workshop and dust free assembly workshop. The automatic
assembly line was developed by Roundss, which is the first in encoder industry. We have 8 production lines: universal
incremental encoders; absolute encoders; manual pulse generator; draw wire sensor; magnetic ring encoder; gear tooth
encoder; servo motor encoder; flexible couplings. We could provide 3000pcs encoders for one week. For every encoder
before leaving factory, it must pass two times of singal inspections.

All encoders passed CE certificate. Some encoders like MPG, handwheel are RoHs compliant. Roudss spends 6% of annual

you. The price is the same for 1-30 sets including the sample

A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us. But you should send us the trademark authorization letter.
Q3:How can i get the after-service?
A:We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us. If it is the men-made problems, we also send
the spare parts,but you should pay for the repair fee and shipping cost.
